Hi, I’m Michelle.
I coach women through the uncertainty, questions and possibilities of midlife.
“I believe midlife is a pathway to who you really are.”

Why I do this work
Growing up shaped by expectations
Like many women, I learned early to be capable, agreeable, and to keep going without taking up too much space.
I became good at adapting to what other people needed and expected of me. Somewhere along the way, I lost touch with what I wanted, what I felt and my own intuition. From the outside, I functioned well. Inside, I often felt disconnected from myself.
Many women recognise this pattern. We become skilled at listening to everyone else. Only later do we realise how difficult it has become to hear ourselves.
The in-between space
Midlife rarely arrives with clarity. More often, it begins as a loosening.
Strategies that once worked start to falter. Energy shifts. Identities feel less certain. Questions emerge that can’t be answered simply by trying harder or thinking our way through them.
What once felt manageable becomes harder to ignore. Something deeper begins asking for our attention, inviting us to listen differently, trust what we sense and make space for possibilities we may not yet be able to imagine.
A natural stage of growth
I understand midlife as a developmental passage, a time when we’re invited to turn inward and pay attention to what is changing.
Like any transition, it can bring loss, uncertainty and possibility. Parts of an old identity may no longer fit, while what comes next isn’t yet clear. I don’t see this uncertainty as something to fix, but as a space worth exploring.
The coaching I offer holds both the desire for change and the need to listen more deeply, creating space to reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside, imagine new possibilities and become clearer about what you truly want.
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
